除咗飲紅白酒,Gin都係我favourite 🫰🏽去咗喺南豐紗廠嘅丹丘蒸留所,佢係白蘭樹下係香港既試酒室😍依家更展出左何藩既作品😉Workshop分兩部分,第一部份就係介紹白蘭樹下嘅材料,唔講都唔知原來有咁多唔同嘅材料蒸餾而成😲除咗主要材料杜松子外,當中嘅白蘭花係來自大埔林村,仲有15年嘅陳皮、獅峰龍井、當歸等等嘅材料🤘🏽🫰🏽我哋需要喺三杯酒入邊搵出白蘭樹下,其實真係唔難搵到因為佢嘅花香好突出,味道層次豐富😆接住落嚟,會有一杯Gin Tonic😙佢會教你用一啲簡單嘅材料去調製Cocktail,例如檸檬皮、西柚皮、RoseMary🥰可以動手做,非常有趣🤓另外試咗sugar-free coffee liqueur,咖啡味非常濃郁!佢哋係用埃塞羅比亞嘅咖啡豆~最後仲試咗一個特別版😃「淡墨x何藩」(圖2)佢係限量發售所以好有珍藏價值💛發現朋友係fans🙈佢即場就預訂咗2枝🤭
