Dining out at a bar amid COVID is not particularly ideal. I think you can imagine how it's like to have people drinking & not wearing masks, in case you have no imagination, it will be like a virus factory. But this bar/restaurant doesnt make you feel threatened as per the reason of virus spread. For starter, we ordered some Parma ham with cheesy toast that comes with I believe balsamic glaze. I don't normally like Parma ham much because of the strong porky aroma and taste it usually gives out, but thanks to my friends I tried and loved this dish since the taste of the Parma ham blended nicely with the tomino cheese. The balsamic glaze together with thymes gave the resulting toast a light and lifting touch.

This fondue used cheese that is aged 30 months (senior Parmigiano-Reggiano), you can really taste the richness and creaminess of the cheese entering your mouth, the Ravioli on the other hand tasted another distinct type of cheese that is scarcely balanced off by the herbs. If you like cheese, this is what you would go for.
