Subsequent to the completions of redevelopment projects in old districts, there are quite a few new restaurants in Cheung Sha Wan. Moon Restaurant is one of the new names opening in May 2022. The fresh & outstanding design of restaurant and its facade would be pretty much a convincing key to attract attention of curious people. Trust shop-owner must have spent a lot on restaurant design & decisions. Although food tasty and quality appeal to me more importantly than anything, nice interior design

Although food tasty and quality appeal to me more importantly than anything, nice interior design would always a nice excuse for gluttonous to have a good try.
Honestly speaking, there are wide range of selections on their foods menu that includes Chinese, Kongish Western style and also Kongish Korean cuisine in addition to different package sets. Upon confirming with chef the availability, I made an order for Stir Fried noodles with Pork Ribs, Fried Green Cabbage and Ice Lemon Tea without syrup. Since their food menu have Stir Fried Noodles with Beef or Stir Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Pork Ribs only. The first disappointment to me was the drink, the bar staff completely ignored my request on no syrup. The second disappointment was about the Fried Green Cabbage. In fact it is also a course instead of side dish, you would never imagine they served the portion that was just one third of the other same grading restaurant catering. Unreasonable size portion, over oily & overcooked threated me to decide not repeating to dine in this restaurant because charging such common food with so substandard quality at 62 Hong Kong Dollars is totally unacceptable. Last but not least, the chef ignored once again on my special request about the fried noodles which supposed to be with pork ribs. In this circumstance, I finished the unwanted 'BEEF NOODLES' which was unpalatable, and swore never having meal in this ridiculous restaurant anymore. To summarize, paying 135 Hong Kong Dollars for eat out is really not a big deal but given the fact that there are so many choices with better quality in the same areas, I don't think I would give further chance to this substandard restaurant that must repeat another round of bad dining experience especially when you read through this writing.
