This is my first time having dinner in this restaurant, in my experience, the chinese michelin starts restaurant usually is not very good, however, this one change my mind. This is my first time having dinner in this restaurant, in my experience, the chinese michelin starts restaurant usually is not very good, however, this one change my mind. Environment and services are always good, so I think I will skip that. It start with a shrimp appetizer, and then a mushroom with bamboo soup. When we finished the soup the peking duck was ready. The duck we had it two ways, slice and soup. We also had baked oysters which taste is not like the normal oyster, the texture of it feel like eating a meat instead of a seafood, which is very special. And we also have Stir-fried lobster, Braised sliced pork, sweet and sour pork, and aso the famous "Baked seafood rice with cream sauce in crab shell".

This is one of the restaurant that I will revisit again.
