Good food but with such a bad receptionist

The food is good as expected as it lasts in PP for such a long period of time. However, we are in a group of 5 persons with a toodler and waiting 10 mins time for a table to be served. Unfortunately, by the time we got a table, the reception lady told us that they do not have a high chair in placed. So we decided to check out other restaurants by then. Unfortunately, by the time we got a table, the reception lady told us that they do not have a high chair in placed. So we decided to check out other restaurants by then.

After 5 mins time, we decided to get back in there as we don't want to spend time finding other places to eat with a 1 years old boy. We asked whether the table is still available. Very interesting, the reception lady said to us, "I have already told you a sofa is served."

Nowadays in HK, the business attitude is a truly matter. If I'm the management of Thai Basil, I will absolutely reconsider the staff attitude matter.
