To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Good food, poor management

When a restaurant presents itself as higher class or classy such as this place, you should expect higher quality of food and service. Unfortunately, the service we received that day from one specific manager was terrible. This shorter stubby guy in a black suit with thick glasses and thick hair intentionally came by our table and criticised us on how we shouldn't seat the senior on the inside of the table. We had to tell him off by saying she's not comfortable with sitting under the breezy air c

Unfortunately, the service we received that day from one specific manager was terrible. This shorter stubby guy in a black suit with thick glasses and thick hair intentionally came by our table and criticised us on how we shouldn't seat the senior on the inside of the table. We had to tell him off by saying she's not comfortable with sitting under the breezy air con. Then, he walked away without a word.


Again, when I come to these types of restaurants, I expect staff to be polite or mind their own business at the very least.
