Can understand it’s popularity as the ingredients are fresh and handled with care by Adachi San.

Was pleasantly surprised by the mochi inside the chawanmushi. The marinated octopus on the other hand seems to be over marinated as it has lost its bouncy texture and a bit too salty.

The sushi are good with a few outstanding pieces. The signature khumbu uni is better than the version from Sushi Kami. Overall, it’s worthy a visit back for sure!
