this is the first time i visited this restaurant, recommened by one of my friends.

we have order the special sashimi set ($300 per person x 5) and we have lobster, sea urchin = uni (from Canada), abalone, toro, maguro, salmon belly, geoduck, akagai, scallop and so on....many of them were very fresh and particularly the losber and the uni, they were just perfect!

we also ordered some sushi. personally l like the seared salmon belly sushi, its just so awesome, if you dont mind a bit of "melted fat" which sort of "butterize" the whole sushi....they have put some special sauce (made of garlic and green onion and some sauce) is just perfect.

as for the hot dishes, tempura is another fine dishes....the prawns were fresh and the flour was just right...

there were, however, some downside...too much fish bone inside the eel body that was quite difficult to eat, if you dont mind not eating eel, i strong recommend you to skip this item

we have also ordered 1 dozen of oysters and had a taste on it (because its not really the right time to have oysters, but we were just too greedy...and cant wait to eat all the raw stuff) irish = creamy, french= metallic taste, but neither of them have the aftertaste and i think they have been "flushed" so the taste was not strong enough....

other food: udon = soso, foie gras sushi = soso, avacado soft shell crab sushi = ok, cold noodle = soso, sake ($288 for 1.8L) = nice but not strong

if you are just talking about the sashimi, i think it is quite a nice place for you, but its kinda expensive though ($450 per person), so you have to be ready to pay a bit if you wanna eat quality sashimi
