To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日平日和朋友一齊去西九藝術公園行下影下相,礙於太肚餓啦,搵左一間有大大pizza 同意粉嘅店舖。一開始入去,店員都好有禮貌問我地有冇帶寵物,原來係not allow ge, 咁都ok 嘅,因為今次無冇狗仔。見到人地啲pizza 好大件好似好正,所以叫左個margarita pizza 同 carbonaraPizza 一開始熱,脆,濃郁,味道唔會太强烈,入口係軟芝士加埋脆餅皮,都好好食Carbonara 一開始都好擔心 芝士味太濃,食多會滯,點知都ok wo , 淡淡地,煙肉味引晒啲芝士味出黎,正常味道,我覺得可以接受❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️又有海景,又有嘢食,我覺得今日好足夠。如果野食係熱辣辣會再開心啲
