To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好姊妹牛一又到啦,佢比較喜歡日本菜,咁揀咗呢間老牌D嘅餐廳,大家一齊去試吓☺️上佢哋官網諗住訂枱,居然做緊優惠喎😁預先買voucher有7折呀🥰即刻落單,一個壽司餐,兩個和牛餐...平30%,好開心😁去到餐廳,服務員笑容滿面,態度親切友善. 由於一早訂好餐,服務員只係問A4和牛嘅做法同要幾成熟.頭盤,湯,沙律,刺身,壽司,和牛到白飯都好出色. 之後到甜品環節,餐廳知道當日係慶祝生日,特別預備咗靚靚甜品. 由於我無諗餐廳會另外準備特別嘅甜品,又係cake shop訂咗蛋糕😅係返酒店訂,唔使畀切餅費,品質又高,仲唔算貴添. 咁甜品就有三份啦😜食得好開心,好姊妹好滿意我嘅安排呢☺️
