went there on a deserted sunday, walked pass the barren street of mid-cetral which was devastating :< anyways, people were quite crowded in here with its grand, palatial ambience and mesmerizing interior and lights.

the restaurant menu covers a lot more than expected so we were verryyy full afterwards. a brief summary, i enjoyed the maguro nuevo with its viscid beetroot mayo; ceviche classico for its tartness and my first taste of tiger's milk which i find super special and peru-ish; grilled seabass and picanha for their succulence and perfect seasoning and the cinnamon ice cream in the dessert platter which was the only thing i relished in the plate.

summing up, the passionate service and adequate anti-epidemic measures kept us at ease. i must say that their location is immensely huge and majestic! totally on point and awfully cozy. truly a perfect site for a decent catch-up with friends or even business deals. the staff are always on-call and eager to answer questions so you might as well want to ask about the peruvian culture!
