A new discovery in Shatin 18!!! BBQ pork rice served with lard and soy sauce!!! It tastes so good with strong flavour of rosoliorosoglio!!! The BBQ pork is still so tender after burning!!! The lard and soy sauce is always a perfect match for rice!!! 😏😏😏 The lard even has green onion inside which enhances the taste so much!!! It is also a good show for foreign friends!!!
