Craving for sushi again so we came here for an omakase dinner. Located in the Stanley11 building, it’s actually very convenient with a nice dining atmosphere. I had the omakase sushi set at $880/person and that already comes with appetizers, tai sashimi, 10 kinds of sushi, skewers, soup and dessert. I think it was a pretty nice deal especially when the service and vibes were very nice.🥂AppetizersBeginning with wine picked scallions, salad and tofu with sea urchin and black truffle, each has its
🥂Appetizers
Beginning with wine picked scallions, salad and tofu with sea urchin and black truffle, each has its own unique flavour and was very appetising.
🥂Tai
Added salt, olive oil and lime juice, it’s packed with flavours when you roll it and eat together.
🥂Shima Aji 深海池魚
🥂Sayori 針魚
With ginger on top to elevate its flavour
🥂Kamasu 梭子魚
It’s fired with firegun and added XO sauce
🥂Akagai 赤貝
Simply added lemon juice was enough to bring out flavours
🥂Southern Silver Scale Fish 南方銀鱗魚
First time having this fish and was a nice pair with yuzu and pepper
🥂Ebi 赤蝦
🥂Toro 大拖羅
🥂Bafun Uni 馬糞海膽
Can’t resist this delicious uni with sea salt on top
.
🥂Silver Cod 銀鱈魚
The black truffle on too smells so nice
🥂Engawa 鰈魚裙邊
Didn’t expect it to be that fatty and juicy
🥂Skewers
There’re beef, pork and shrimp okra respectively and each was grilled nicely to its fullest texture.
🥂Soup and Dessert
Ending the night with a warm bowl of miso soup and chocolate egg roll.

Food was all fresh and the dining experience was quite nice in general. Will be happy to return one day.
