📍星記 (Central) Michelin Guide Restaurant Back at Sing Kee, my go to place for quick and good quality Chinese food. This time I was craving for their 大蝦煎米粉底. It is so good. The米粉底 was pan fried to perfection with just the correct amount of crunch whilst soaking up all those 上湯🤤I always can’t resist but kept on reordering their signature dishes whenever I come back which are 椒鹽鮮魷and生炒骨. They are just too good to be missed each time. The free soup and dessert are always a bonus. Recommendations: • 大
