To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

We ordered the rib eye and tenderloin. Despite being a fan of tenderloin, the grill on the Argentinean rib eye caught my heart and the aroma of the medium rib eye was the best.

For desserts, since I tried the sundae in the past, we ordered the other 3 instead. The pavlova was the one with the most contrast between its sweetness and the tartness of the mango sauce. The apple crumble was my father's favorite. However, after tasting all 3 of them, I would say loved the sundae the most. 

Looking forward to my next meal there.
