Was here for lunch with colleagues and was really looking forward to enjoying a good handmade pasta as I have always loved Pici's lasagnas and raviolis. This time I opted for a tuna tartare, and a pappardelle with ragu. The tuna was really fresh, you can well-seasoned and in a very generous portion. The avocados and sprinkle of black pepper was a really nice touch! The pappardelle however didn't really live up to my expectations. The pappardelle however didn't really live up to my expectations. The pasta was a little harder than al dente, don't get me wrong I usually like my noodles hard, but this is a hardness that I did not really enjoy. Ended up only having 3/4 of the pappardelle. Taste is alright though, just a slight misjudgment with the overall doneness.
Had a nice black coffee to finish and that's a total of ~$150, which is fair for a Central lunch with handmade pasta.
