The menu is constantly evolving, with sushi pieces ranging from $12 to $27, making it a great value considering the quality of the ingredients. You can tell the fish is ultra-fresh, as it's delivered straight from Japan daily. My personal favorites are the buttery fatty tuna, the sweet and briny scallop, and the seasonal akagai (red clam) - all of which pack an incredible depth of flavor.

What I love most about the conveyor belt format is the convenience and ability to sample a wide variety of sushi at my own pace. There's no pressure to order a full meal, so it's perfect for a quick solo lunch or a leisurely catch-up with colleagues.

The only downside is the consistently long queues, which are a testament to the restaurant's popularity. But trust me, the wait is more than worth it for this authentic taste of Japan right here in Hong Kong.
