香港人最愛的壽司店,當然首選是壽司郎,每次上去大排長龍,都差不多需要一至兩個小時才能進去吃,但每次吃完之後都覺得那一種體驗需要等很久是物超所值的。壽司的選擇非常多,雖然某一些壽司是比較貴的,但非常物超所值,例如大拖羅,如果以平民壽司的範圍來說,壽司郎真的對得起他的價錢。而最需要推薦給各位的就是他的甜品,名為卡達拉娜的冷凍芝士蛋糕。他一送上來的時候就如雪糕一般硬硬的凍凍的。但裏面就是一種非常甜而不膩的芝士蛋糕非常好吃。

壽司郎嚟左香港已經好幾年,但因為住嘅附近無,再加上聽人講排好耐隊,所以一直都無機會試,反而係日本就食過一次。今次朋友係網上預約左,話唔使排隊,咁當然要去試啦。雖然無得坐卡位,但都ok嘅,2個人total食左17碟嘢,我覺得最好食係茶碗蒸,饅魚肥牛壽司同炸薯條都好食,反而雜錦天婦羅我覺得一般,尤其係炸菇。而其他壽司就中規中矩。雖然無日本咁好食,但都ok, 而且價錢唔貴。呢件焦糖南瓜蛋糕,我覺得唔夠原來的芝士蛋糕好食!

今朝系銅鑼灣辦完事就同屋企人嚟食壽司郎,不得不說呢間系我食過嘅質素最唔掂嘅壽司郞分店。海膽卷系我每次必點,但今日呢個一上到嚟見到淡黃色嘅海膽已經覺得好唔新鮮,冇晒胃口。其他手握壽司食落都冇嘜味,啲壽司仲要有一半送到上嚟系東歪西倒嘅,啲魚生跌咗落嚟或成舊壽司瞓咗系到,明顯師傅握得唔好。最後嗰牛奶雪糕亦都唔似其他分店咁creamy, 食到好多粒粒,唔講差啲以為自己食緊冰沙⋯所以食完今次應該都冇下次㗎啦。

The only downside is the consistently long queues, which are a testament to the restaurant's popularity. But trust me, the wait is more than worth it for this authentic taste of Japan right here in Hong Kong.
