To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中式素菜湯一般都係清淡,要做到湯底清徹味道濃郁,就要落足材料。呢個湯好成功,味道清爽但濃郁,淡淡嘅椰子味唔會搶走其他蔬菜嘅鮮甜,仍可以飲到粟米甘筍嘅味道,加上雪耳爽脆口感,配搭得十分好!👍🏻

西瓜哈蜜瓜麥黑醋沙律
瓜類水份多,配黑醋會比配沙律醬更好。黑醋微酸,西瓜哈蜜瓜又甜,非常開胃。

雜錦天婦羅有炸茄子、冬菇、蕃薯,香脆可口,但配忌廉汁意粉就略嫌有啲油膩喇!


松露野菌淮山麵 + 香酥雲吞($98)
野菌冬菇味道濃郁,有新鮮淮山,口感爽脆,麵質偏軟,好啱個人口味,唯一缺點係湯底偏油。
炸雲吞香脆,餡料係豆腐蔬菜,口感新奇但味道唔錯。

板燒未來牛肉芝士漢堡 + 紅菜頭沙律 + 香脆薯角($98)

所謂未來牛肉 (Beyond Beef) 係含高蛋白質同埋鐵質嘅植物造素肉,有益健康,口感彈牙,仿真度極高。用嚟做漢堡,真係同牛肉漢堡一樣,仲好Juicy
。如果可以份量大啲,加埋啲炒蘑菇入去,就非常完美喇!
薯角熱辣辣入口外脆內軟,但要快啲食,因為凍得快,口感就變軟。
紅菜頭沙律第一次食,估唔到咁好食,配以黑醋,化解薯角油膩感


雪梨青檸蘆薈冰茶
有好多新鮮雪梨、蘆薈粒,口味偏甜,加水飲足兩杯,抵!👍🏻

奶茶朱古力千層蛋糕
作為姪女一歲生日蛋糕,係近年大熱嘅千層蛋糕。朱古力法式薄餅,配奶茶味嘅cream, 口感鬆軟仲有淡淡嘅奶茶味,非常可口。

總結一下,整體味道唔錯,但價錢略貴,性價比唔高,但試下又何妨呢?
