Friday we picked a quiet restaurant to refresh ourselves. Decided to check out this hidden gem the first time. Atmosphere is quiet and cozy with French relaxing music for background. There is no a la carte but lunch set menu only. Amuse Bouche is refreshing. Bread basket is ok. Love the beef tartare served in bone marrow, tasty. Then trued with their signature dish, slow cooked salmon smoked in apple wood with caviar. Very moist and oily. If you are not a fan of salmon, you may find this oil base a bit strong as the after taste is quite strong. Main course I have selected beef and it is very soft and cooked in perfection. At last, we tried out the chocolate cake, very good too. Finally had to drink a nice latte to wrap up our lunch. All the food presentation are very good, plated with heart. As it is French cuisine, it is so relaxing that it takes around 2 hours to finish. Be prepared to spare some time to enjoy a nice long lunch.
