Beautifully decorated and spacious Vietnamese restaurant. We went for lunch at 2:30 so we ordered from the normal menu instead of the lunch menu and we had a good range of dishes to choose from. We ordered the Prawn Rice paper rolls plus one dry and one wet dish. The rice paper rolls were quite dry in my opinion but my friend enjoyed them. The dipping sauce (presumably fish sauce) was not as flavourful as I would like it but I guess a lot of Hong Kong customers prefer it milder. The dry dish that we ordered was the Barbecue pork stick with vermicelli. The savoury meat was very nice and the addition of pickled carrots and bean sprouts complimented the vermicelli, giving it more flavour and texture. We enjoyed the dish very much.
The wet dish was the Spicy Beef Noddles in soup. It was not spicy at all! But the soup tasted really nice without it being too artificial and MSG-like. There was not a lot of meat and it was not as smooth and soft as I would have liked it but it was ok.
It was quite a nice and satisfying meal in general and the price was reasonable. The 2 of us were very full. Would totally recommend the place.
