Craving some traditional and authentic Italian homemade pasta? Sfizio is the place to go! Had this place bookmarked for a while and finally got the chance to visit this cute restaurant located near Jordan. — My first time trying spätzle so I didn’t know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised! (I actually meant to order their signature spätzle cream and bacon but I accidentally got it wrong oops 😂) But either way, this was super good! The texture was chewy but not as al dente as other pastas like spaghetti. Their irregular shape and crinkly surface makes it perfect for gripping sauces which is why every bite was super flavourful. Although this dish is vegetarian, it’s still incredibly tasty as the sautéed black olives gives it it’s fragrance and savoury taste.

— Really enjoyed this dish! The gnocchi were super small and cute making it very easy to eat. These were so delicious! You can really taste the potato in this and they were so perfectly soft and delicate. The pesto sauce was really good too, and had a rich basil taste to it that wasn’t overpowered by the cheese.

— Some of the best ravioli I’ve had recently! These were cooked perfectly and coated in a delicious sage and butter sauce that was so fragrant yet light. The mushroom filling was delicious, quite pungent but not too intense for the palate. The raviolis were a perfect size and were filled with a good amount of filling. Really loved the sprinkling of cheese on top which really brought the dish together. I highly recommend trying out this dish!
