We've honestly been trying to dine at this restaurant for quite a while now....Booked initially over a year ago and finally got to try on APR 29.Ate the set + added the sweet and sour pork. Full price was HK$1,380 + 10% s.c. per person x 9 people = HK$12,420 + 10% s.c. Free corkage (we brought some nice wines ourselves to enjoy with the meal. The dishes were presented and introduced well, with everyone having an opportunity to take photos (their dishes are very photogenic) before plating. Their staff are well educated in what they are serving and were happy to answer any questions that we had regarding the dishes and dining experience. Honestly I am quite a big eater so I wasn't happy that the kitchen didn't let us add-on items (even before we arrived since the sets/dishes all must be pre-ordered) and it was a insulting that they wouldn't let us add white rice because they thought that we couldn't eat everything if we ate them together. Which should be our issue, not theirs.
In the end it was worth a try since I've seen a lot of friends visit this shop (which was why I originally really wanted to try). Perhaps next time will be more insistent that we still want to try more dishes and are willing to pay.
