A day hanging around Mong Kok, sweat all over my body. This omelette cake was honestly quite disappointing. Albeit it has very inviting appearance, omelet cake was far too soft for my liking. Made even softer with the moist-freezing cold ice-cream at the centre (luckily, quite flavour-wise). Yet I would prefer harder/ more chewy cake to wrap the soft ice-cream for more toothsome bites!

A soothing cup of these melts the heat all over my body! Cornflakes were added favourably for that extra crunch and I definitely enjoyed it!
