I love the hotpot as well! Lots of ingredients and the soup are rich in taste. The tender slices of beef were perfect , providing a savory contrast to the spicy broth.

All in all, if you want to experience authentic Taiwanese cuisine, Iron Cow's noodles are an absolute must-try."
