Seaweed and soft pork cartilage is a must whenever I go for mai seen no matter which restaurant! The portions were HUGE and I was literally so full after this meal 🤣 What makes this place slightly more special is that they also have a 酸齋 that you can’t typically find. I love how it wasn’t overly sour and the sweetness of it just right.

Another highlight was the mountain of fish skin that you get just with $10, I love dipping it in soup so much! 😂 Most importantly, I appreciated how the soup itself wasn’t as oily as some other places, so it didn’t feel as fattening / unhealthy as it normally is! The other surprise were their chicken wings - not deep fried but rather baked with some spices and topped with black pepper. We could still finish it despite being very full 🫣

A good option for those who want mai seen, but a healthier version since it isn’t too oily!!!
