๐ Steamed shrimp dumpling in supreme broth - have you seen dimsum this pretty before ๐คฉ The shrimp paste inside the dumpling is super fresh and the broth is sweet & hearty. The flowers are also edible! ๐บ
ใ๏ธPan fried turnip cake in XO sauce - a must have dish in CNY, this one is definitely one of the best that Pan has tried, itโs so scrumptious & flavourful. Perfect texture ๐ฏ Recommended!
๐Deep fried Bombay duck fish with spicy salt - freshly fried, Pan didnโt have enough and wished that each piece is bigger๐คฃ Not that many chinese restaurants serve this now and Pan is glad that this did not disappoint.
