Walking around Central looking for a chill dinner without crowds and queue, seeing this authentic Japanese small restaurant, we immediately went in. It wasn't spacious but cozy. Love the background music was playing old school Japanese pop music. What a memory. Staff were nice to show around and introducing dishes. We asked for a minced and spicy noodle mix, ramen in broth, chicken gyoza, mentaiko potato salad and grill chicken onigiri. Mentaiko potato salad was served in a small dish. Shredded

Mentaiko potato salad was served in a small dish. Shredded eggs mix with poached pawns into the mentaiko potatoes. Couldnt taste much mentaiko flavour but love the all ingredients combination. It was a light but full of oceanic flavour appetiser.
Chicken gyoza was delicate. Love how restaurant posted the sauce ratio types for customer's own preference mix. Wrapping was thin and crispy. It wasnt oily but with meaty and chives flavour.
Grill chicken onigiri was quite a surprise despite the chewy seaweed. Onigiri was grilled perfectly with crispy coating. Smoky savoury with chicken piece stuffed. Hearty with explosion flavours and textures.
Minced and spicy noodle mix looks small but filling. After a well mix, each bite was spicy and meaty. Neither oily nor rich. Love the loaded peanuts and sprouts for a promising crunch bite.
Ramen in broth was okay. Nothing special and difficult to go wrong.
Serving the deliciousness with two cups of ginger sour and lime soda were a perfect round up.
Overall experience was good, worth for a stop by.
