Visited Hexa for dinner, managed to get one of the tables next to the seaside view! We ordered the dual king prawns, 48-hour slow cooked beef ribs, and the poached grouper and rice in broth. I particularly liked the salty egg yolk flavour for the king prawns - the batter was at just the right texture, and the prawn within was perfectly cooked. The beef ribs were not as tender as I had expected, but it goes well with the dipping sauce provided. My personal favorite was the grouper and rice in broth, the fish broth is very rich, grouper tastes fresh and the added rice pops are a nice touch.
