呢間中餐廳喺前門擁有一個令人印象深刻嘅九個米芝蓮牌,自然令人有期望。不過,我最近嘅午餐經歷令我有啲失望。我哋叫咗精選簡單嘅炒菜。生炒骨肉好享受,醬汁好厚,唔會黐住我牙齒。不過,佢哋稱之為生炒骨,我覺得呢個係冇做到嘅。我聽過係佢哋嘅招牌菜,但係一試就發現唔係生炒嘅。由於係事先炸過,所以只可以叫咕嚕肉,結果係豬肉方缺乏多汁,質地有啲粗糙。另一方面,魚係OK嘅。魚好嫩,而附帶嘅蔬菜亦都好脆,提供咗個好嘅平衡。可惜嘅係,苦瓜菜失敗咗;佢已經焯水咗太耐,令到佢濕濕地,亦都缺乏預期嘅咬口。鮑魚配帶子都算唔錯,我喺嗰度冇乜怨言。至於服務同衛生方面,佢哋係典型嘅老式中餐廳 —— 冇乜特別值得留意。總括嚟講,呢個體驗並唔符合一間獲得九次米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳嘅預期標準。我喺食到一半先發現呢間餐廳已經被太興集團收購咗,雖然原老闆仲係做緊顧問。可能呢個轉變影響咗食物嘅質素同一致性。雖然呢間餐廳有名氣,但係我嘅參觀並冇令我感到驚嘆或者渴望返嚟。
