I love Napoleon mille-feuille and I couldn’t resist any crispy pastry, plus I can’t spare time to revisit Japan for this viral dessert, it’s available in Hong Kong so there’s no reason not to have these fabulous Mille-pressé! They’re essentially custard cream, sliced fruits, and a variety of toppings sandwiched against two beautiful artisanal Napoleon brûléed pastry discs.
