One of my favourite Hong Kong delicacies - cart noodles! You get so many options of foods that you can add on, though most of them are unhealthy. To balance it out, I opted for the vermicelli noodles instead of the OG “oil noodles”. As for the spice, I got the medium curry spice. The soup actually had a Chinese herbal taste to it (which is something that I actually like!) One of my favourite Hong Kong delicacies - cart noodles! You get so many options of foods that you can add on, though most of them are unhealthy.

To balance it out, I opted for the vermicelli noodles instead of the OG “oil noodles”. As for the spice, I got the medium curry spice. The soup actually had a Chinese herbal taste to it (which is something that I actually like!)

For the food options, I got beef stomach, sour dough and a shrimp paste. I was surprised at the generous portions given. Unfortunately, I found a piece of hair on the beef stomach and told the staff. They were nice enough to give me a dish of beef stomach and beef tendon as an apology. Not bad for a restaurant that’s quite casual!

To make this meal extra satisfying, we ordered an iced red bean drink to accompany it. Added $15 and it was so worth it!!!

Not a bad choice if you’re craving noodles. But I think I prefer having mai seen more.
