Horrible, never come again!

Is my first time to write openrice, too bad, have to write a bad experience. I recommended this restaurant by colleague, i went there with 3 of my friends. We ordered food at 12:30pm, we got the bill almost 2pm! Why? because seems the kitchen & staffs are all new or they don't know how to cook or serve? I ordered the steak - medium rare, but it came out almost raw, maybe they were too rush to cook or no time to prepare? When I complained to the waiter, he took back my plate & didn't ask me anyt

, after 15-20mins, i was wondering what took them so long to cook the steak, when I got the steak back, just the same problem as before.
I got pissed off & tell them to cancel my order, the manager told me she will give me 20% off of the bill, I said fine. My friend also told me their food were not good also.
