To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Went all the way to Cheung Sha Wan, I decided to find good west with my sis . As she said she had never tried poke before, we chose this resto at last..I got Nalu, while she ordered Shoyu Ahi. They were both lunch set which included a bowl of soup or a glass of drink. The beef soup tasted savoury and rich. With lots of beef and carrots, the soup was mouthful and smelled aromatic. The beef soup tasted savoury and rich. With lots of beef and carrots, the soup was mouthful and smelled aromatic.

The Nalu included octopus, tomatoes, scallion, sweet corn, crab stick salad, spicy mayonnaise, seasame, chilli flakes and sushi rice. The spiciness of the mayonnaise and chilli flakes enhanced one's appetite. The octopus and crab stick salad were fresh, which complemented the sushi rice perfectly.

The Shoyu Ahi comprised of tuna, seaweed, scallion, onion, dashi shoyu, seasame, bonito and sushi rice. The bonito on top prettified the bowl. The tuna was huge and fresh, and the ingredients made a flavourful combination.

Served with generous portion, the poke was reasonably priced. The design of the resto was comfy and interesting as well, making one to feel chill and relaxing at the resto.
