every time i come back to HK, i always come here. this is my favoriate dim sum place. they have Dan San, which is the fried egg twister with syrup, a very traditional dish. although it's not so much as the traditional style that was supposed to be much heavier and more texture, at least i can find it in Jade Garden. they also have another traditional Ma Tsai, which is a square dessert. Other dim sum is also quite decent. i also ordered crystal buns with red bean and egg custards, which are quite

Other dim sum is also quite decent. i also ordered crystal buns with red bean and egg custards, which are quite good. it's my first time to try this out. 

veggies, if it's boiled, are only $33, a lot cheaper than garlic stir fried $78. i don't understand why adding garlics is so much more expensive. 

overall this is a decent dim sum place.
