秋風起,食大閘蟹時候到啦!今日帶媽媽去御名軒食大閘蟹,佢地提供清水大閘蟹,肥美多膏既蟹公真係我的最愛!邊食邊叫 I Love 蟹公! 酒樓平日晚市都好熱鬧,男女老幼都有,家庭客,朋友聚餐,連外國人都黎食。紫蘇蒸大閘蟹兩隻大蟹公,每隻約4両半,多蟹膏,好香口美味,勁滿足,正呀!!蠔皇鮑魚扣鵝掌鮑魚size算大隻,鵝掌掛滿醬汁好滋味,仲有西蘭花也浸滿醬汁。太史五蛇羹好多料除左有蛇肉外,還有冬菇、木耳、冬筍等等,還伴有菊花和脆片,一齊食會更清香。風味小碟叉燒肥瘦均勻好味道, 燒腩仔香口,青瓜清爽臘味糯米飯有臘味粒、花生、蛋絲,飯粒飽滿,充滿水份唔乾硬,岩我食。薑汁蒸軟糕兩大件, 煙韌軟糕有淡淡薑味,食完蟹食薑汁軟糕都唔錯。川味酸菜魚好大盤酸菜魚,充滿麻香,好足料,除左有魚塊和酸菜外,還有薯粉、雲耳、菇塊、芽菜等等,超級豐富。蜜椒京蔥爆牛仔骨有十幾塊牛仔骨,又厚身又大塊,有鑊氣味,抵食。擂沙芝麻湯丸有3粒,芝麻湯圓面層蘸滿了花生碎,比普通湯圓更惹味。
