my booking today at JEP was cancelled after 15 mins. I honestly don’t know what business good will / hospitality means to your restaurant. As reservations mean nothing to you, I cancelled all my upcoming bookings with both JEP and Invotini. It took me, a pregnant woman, 45 mins to drive to JEP. Your staff did not even apologise once for giving my table to walk-ins. He even proclaimed “the responsibility is not on him” because he called me twice. As I was in car park and could not pick up c

As reservations mean nothing to you, I cancelled all my upcoming bookings with both JEP and Invotini. It took me, a pregnant woman, 45 mins to drive to JEP. Your staff did not even apologise once for giving my table to walk-ins. He even proclaimed “the responsibility is not on him” because he called me twice. As I was in car park and could not pick up calls when he called, I called him back one minute later - he missed my call. I will never visit any of your restaurants ever again, and I will spread the words.
