Paid Sai Kung a visit just for their seafood feast!We decided to step foot Sing Kee restaurant for dinner tonight, and we ordered some of the most famous seafood dishes they have. The following are a selection of my favorite dishes from the night.Lobster Yi Mien: the lobster meat was sweet and juicy; the texture was chewy and not tough at all. We decided to step foot Sing Kee restaurant for dinner tonight, and we ordered some of the most famous seafood dishes they have. The following are a selection of my favorite dishes from the night.
Lobster Yi Mien: the lobster meat was sweet and juicy; the texture was chewy and not tough at all. The Yi Mien noodles and the thick sauce was a nice complement to the seafood, not overwhelming the taste of the lobster. The meat of the lobster came off the shell very easily it made it easier to eat with.
Abalone: Amazing dish! The abalone sauce was rich and thick, the abalone itself was soft and chewy. I could’ve finished a bowl of rice myself just by mixing the sauce with it. It was broiled to perfection. This was one of my favorite dishes of the night.
Steamed Crabs: The star of this dish would definitely be the gooey crab roe, they were oozing out of its shell and it tasted very creamy but not filling at all. The crab meat was so fresh and juicy, I ate two all by myself!
Overall Rating: 5/5, great dinner with great company! The best part of having seafood in Sai Kung is that you can be the one who picks out the live seafood outside the restaurant and they would prepare it and serve it to you immediately (this guarantees each and every single seafood dish you eat will be extremely fresh)!
