蝦餃餡料全部都係超大粒蝦肉,味濃肉爽,用咗萵筍墊底,連萵筍都食埋唔好嘥!

蟹肉餃似食大波波軟糖,軟檽有淡淡蟹味,真係好得意,咁都比大廚煮到出嚟。

古法山楂咕嚕肉炸䊢外皮薄薄酥脆,甜甜酸酸山楂味唔特出,肉質軟嫩,有水準之作。

鮑魚鵝掌掌肉超腍味重,鮑魚超正味濃郁,𡁻多幾啖細細品嚐糖心鮑魚嘅美味,可惜無叫麵,嘥晒啲咁正嘅鮑魚汁。

太子肉枕係蟹膏豆腐撈龍蝦肉,龍蝦肉有啲煙靭,不過都彈牙,加埋各有所長嘅蟹膏同豆腐,口感非常複雜。

蕃茄炒蛋煎馬友,魚皮煎得好香脆,奈何馬友肉味淡,蕃茄炒蛋幾好食。

甘栗珍菌炆飯,米飯較為濕身略甜,有竹笙羊肚菌,用料足夠多個米飯,栗子軟軟甜甜,做法特別。

珠光寶盒原來係凍冰冰甜品,用白朱古力椰子味外皮包住開心果mouse,賣相同做法都花咗唔少心思,味道口感趣怪好食而有少少偏甜。

薑茶湯圓,綠色湯圓用泰式Pandan椰絲糖做餡料,番薯湯圓餡料好鬆化冇渣,白色湯圓就係蔴蓉餡料,薑汁潤滑辣辣地夠曬薑味。

食店裝修華麗,佈置考心思,座位寬敞舒適,餐桌瓷器杯碟碗筷夠精緻,屬於新派中菜食肆,烹煮用心用力,食材選料上乘,下午飯每人花費$700,稍為偏貴但物有所值,儲夠錢值得再去幫襯!雖然坐於廂房較隱蔽,侍應不斷留心客人需要,服務勤快有禮貌,值得一讚。
