Recently having gone to Rajasthan Rifles, I had high hopes for New Punjab Club as the executive chef here created the menu for Rifles. Finally we decided on the food and after our order, they said do we need to order some more....which was a bit odd as I thought we ordered quite a lot. We said we would keep the menu to consider later. However, after a few minutes, they mentioned something about it would be best if the Naan was ordered with another dish(my mind blanked out by then as I decided to stop paying attention). I felt like if we really wanted more food, we can order more and we need to leave room for dessert after all. In the end, we just decided to return the menu. In the end, we were right not to order anything extra as we were already quite full even before dessert.

Back to the food, which definitely impressed me. Even the peanuts were already seasoned beautifully.

The rich flavors of the crab mixed beautifully with the perfectly cooked eggs.

The butter naan was delightful and despite we didn't order curry, the sauce of the other dishes were more than sufficient for us to finish the dish.

The most fulfilling and my favorite dish was definitely the cheese and this one was definitely the one that filled us up quickly (maybe if we didn't order this one, we may have needed that extra dish the server recommended).

The cobia retained its moisture and despite all the seasoning, the flavor was not as overwhelming as you thought it would be and it tasted great with or without the sauce.

The dessert is not on the menu and when they asked whether we wanted dessert, we definitely said yes. The sticky toffee cake was definitely worth the calories. Despite all the sauce, cake and ice-cream, it was not too sweet at all and actually left you wanting more.
For service, despite being slightly pushy, but overall they were polite and even would help you adjust the lightings to make the photo look better. If the service was less pushy, I would have given them a 5 star service instead of 4.
