Make reservations for a big room. This place is good for a group of 10-12 people to gather around in a private room and enjoy a hotpot meal. I am not usually a big fan of hotpots, but this is probably one of the only hotpot places that I like in Hong Kong. You get to have your own hotpot, which I like because it's sanitary and you don't have to eat other people's saliva, and you get to choose your own broth which is good for people who like different things.

Anyway, the quality of meat is not that great, but is edible and I don't mind it. Their truffle beef dumpling/wonton's are good, they have a variety of dishes for everyone to pick and choose. And it helps to have a big group of people so you can try different dishes. They also have a good wagyu beef with truffle fried rice.

You can pick and choose your own sauces, which I also think is good. I usually don't like Chinese hotpots because of the sauce, I typically like Japanese shabu shabu better because I like their ponzu sauce, but I guess I grew accustomed to the Chinese sauce as long as I add enough garlic and onions to add flavor to it.

Anyway, get a room reservation so you can be as loud as you want and enjoy your meal without complaints from your neighboring foodies.
