Isqaure近戲院個層一向多野食,今之試左間潮州菜,好有驚喜。餐廳格局有啲似酒吧,但又有中式菜式提供。菠菜蟹肉羮,非常濃郁同濃稠,有新鮮的菠菜蓉和鮮嫩的蟹肉,口感非常滑順。潮陽梅膏骨,類似港式咕哩肉生炒骨,帶有少少甜酸醬味道,排骨炸過有少少香脆感。普寧炸豆腐,豆腐皮外脆但內層好軟滑,口感非常好。潮流菜重頭戲當然係獅頭鵝,鵝肉煮得非常入味又嫩滑,一啲都不鞋口,低層嘅豆腐又索滿了鵝汁,好好食。獅頭鵝片全是肉,不連骨,食得好爽。蠔仔肉碎泡飯,另一味特色潮州菜,是蠔仔肉碎的鮮味和泡飯的結合。蠔仔肉碎非常鮮美,一啲都唔鹹,搭配上熱辣辣的泡飯,好有飽肚感。牛肉炒芥蘭,牛肉煮得非常嫩滑,芥蘭的脆嫩口感同牛肉好match。配上了沙茶醬,好好味。之後叫了個桂花糕甜品,賣相精緻,充滿桂花的香氣和糕點的香甜相結合,是個完美作結。
