To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Sashimi was fresh, but I would expected getting bigger cuts with such price when there are only 2 pieces each for 6
kinds of sashimi🥹. Tbh, upon our observation for the whole night, it's more a tourist place and most of the cost was spend on its location and view.

Sushi roll with seabass is not common on menu, especially when it's lightly fried. This was surprisingly tasty with its crispy outside warpping the sweet and sour stuffing. But it also giving me high school memory of the fried-sushi from the street food cart.😂

They used the fine udon instead of the thick one that we found in other places. The udon was smooth and the broth was rich in umami while the beef was meaty yet tender.
