話說之前提起柯士甸道的店舖,經過時發現一間以自家製的果醬餐廳.....睇到佢地的裝潢、佈置、氣氛都好岩同朋友一齊GATHERING.....由於中午都食得幾飽,所以兩個人都只係叫左一個主食+一個小食.....炸香草芝士條 $48因為炸過的關係,香草味已經不存在,但係會見到個表面佈滿的....個粉不算厚,而芝士也做到拉絲的效果,個醬料也會減去我對炸皮的油膩感...而更感受到芝士實感....黃金蟹肉軟殼蟹意粉 $108一小部分軟殼蟹還有肉,全身更可以直接吃的,懶惰的人不用怕麻煩了....香草、咸蛋碎也增加左口味....意粉也是很幼的......所以,混起來似食撈麵咁....法式焦糖焗蛋 $38重點的甜品也出現了!藍莓醬剛好有一粒完整的俾我吃到.....玻璃般的焦糖脆面,要敲破才一起食到個焗蛋,蛋也不會焗得太老,很滑的....果醬雪糕窩夫餅 $68窩夫餅有成4大厚塊,熱情果醬、士多啤梨、奇異果、CREAM、牛奶雪糕.....簡直重量級甜品...
