It’s the last day of Restaurant Week HK Spring 2021! And this was one of my more highly anticipated restaurants to try out. I wanted to book this place last year, but it was fully booked. It’s the last day of Restaurant Week HK Spring 2021! And this was one of my more highly anticipated restaurants to try out. I wanted to book this place last year, but it was fully booked. So I count down the minutes in hopes to get a booking this time around. And I did! Overall, I thought the service and restaurant was beautiful. However, the food did not really “blow my mind.” Not sure if it’s because I had high expectations, but the highlight of the whole meal was the seaweed butter that came with the bread. The wagyu beef was a bit chewy, and the beef was not really cooked to medium as I requested. I do have one tip if you are going to try out this restaurant. The chefs put these pairings for a reason, and I would try eating all the different ingredients at once. It does make a difference!!! Overall, I’m glad I was able to try this place out, but I’m not sure if I am willing to pay the regular price for these items.
