Finally revisited Porker ! This time at their new location right next to Central market! We went at around 1pm on a rainy Saturday and there were already a queue! We had to wait for around 5 tables before it was our turn.Their Katsu pork sirloin was a 10/10! Soft and tender without being overly fatty. We also added their curry sauce, which was absolutely perfect with the rice 🍚 They also offer unlimited refills of shredded lettuce salad, which was just so refreshing and tasty along with their Yuzu sauce!
