住大圍嘅人都冇邊個唔識呢間打冷,因為佢大碟抵食而且keep住咁多年都好好味!通常三五知己嚟屋企玩完都會一齊去呢度食打冷。椒鹽鮮魷魷魚炸得透,炸皮薄,魷魚香,調味正!送啤酒一流~鹵水拼盤最鍾意食豬大腸!又軟又入味又香!魷魚都好入味又軟,紅腸就比較普通~黃糖蕃薯&芋頭本身想要反沙芋頭,但係呢度冇,估唔到呢個黃糖蕃薯&芋頭咁正!糖漿份量夠曬點勻每一舊,而且炸得好透,熱辣辣,蕃薯同芋頭都夠曬甜同軟,加上外皮脆脆地,點埋糖漿食真係唔錯~豬紅就偏油同鹹dd,味道都ok嘅。鵝片真係值得一試!鵝片切得比較薄,好軟熟、入味,肥瘦均勻,鵝味濃~底下層豆腐吸曬d鹵水汁,又夠曬厚,好好味!
