have been my to-go place for knife cut noodles whenever i was in HK and was no different this time.
Offering soup, hot-stirred and cold-stirred version for their knife cut noodles, they provide side dishes, rice and drinks as well.
Knife cut noodles was chewy, sliced into uneven shapes. Pig ear and stomach were crunchy, with peanut spread over. Pork neck and jellyfish were really chewy and slightly spicy.
New items like fish skin was not readily available, in limited supplies. It was crunchy and chewy while shrimp balls was presented similarly to lychee, appealing to the eye, fried till crispy and juicy.
