雪山冰廳, Cheung Sha Wan 🇭🇰 - Never had a lobster laksa at a local cha chan teng 🤣 I particularly love laksa with Cham Cham style noodles, which is a mix of yellow noodles and vermicelli, absorbing the rich coconut-y soup 😋 The lobster was also quite tender, and the bean curd puffs absorbed all the soup which made it extra delicious! Of course, nothing beats a classic corned beef & egg sandwich & stir fried instant noodles with huge piece of chicken! I don’t often eat instant noodles, but this dish

The perfect sweet ending to the meal was their milk tea with red beans 😋😋Super stuffed and super satisfied!
