以手製果醬為題既餐廳,聽過朋友介紹佢地既手製果醬製造過程好長,要將水果煲到變醬,中間要係咁攪,等佢唔好黐底,之後再雪凍佢再入樽。聽落都要花好多心機...玫瑰香味好突出,我覺得可以再+多小小水,而且啖啖蘋果蓉,口感好特別個意大利飯軟硬適中,龍蝦汁未算好突出,但口感幾creamy,而且海鮮都唔細隻,兩個人share岩岩好岩哂嘴細細既你,唔會食到好ma煩,而且淡淡既玫瑰蘋果香味+上香口既雞翼,正呀~!好清新好開胃,菜下面有熱情果油醋,如果好怕又酸又甜既話就唔好叫佢喇,但我地兩個女人仔食得好開心<3唔想個底咁酸就可以食之前撈暈佢。爽口既沙律菜+上豬肉絲,酸酸甜甜好好味,而且份量都幾大蟹肉一d都唔小,仲有香濃同粒粒既蛋黃,夾埋香脆可口既半隻軟殼蟹,真係唔好睇小佢細細份...多士有九款果醬,包括桂花雪梨、玫瑰蘋果、肉桂蘋果、士多啤梨、冰糖木瓜雪耳、紅酒啤梨、雜莓、熱帶風情 同 黑糖四物,岩哂樣樣都想試d既你地可以一次過食哂佢地既九款手工果醬!厚多士亦外脆內軟雖然佢唔係一份,但份量都細嫁!! 厚厚既香脆窩夫餅,配上酸酸甜甜既雜莓同 水果 + Cream,為呢個晚餐劃上完美既句號。如果中意既d
